Select the “save target as” or “save link as” and you’ll get a download screen like this asking where on your computer you want to save your ebook:

You can save the file to your desktop of put it into a folder (I have a folder titled Cookbooks for mine). Just remember where you put it. Once it’s saved, you should be able to just double-click on the title to open the .pdf file.
