www.wehaightcookbooks.blogspot.com cranberry garnish mix cranberries, a dash of red wine, some sugar, lemon, ginger, milk (hemp), and agave syrup in a blender. perfectly poached persimmons 4 organic persimmons, peeled 1/2 c. organic sugar 1 organic cinnamon stick 4 organic cloves 1 organic vanilla bean, scrapped 1/2 bottle of leftover organic red wine start by simmering the wine at medium heat in a sauce pan. peel persimmons and add them to the heated wine. mix in the sugar and spices. cover and cook for at least an hour at medium heat or until the persimmons are tender and a dark red color. cinnamon whipped cream 1/2 c. organic whipping cream 1 t. organic cinnamon 1 t. organic vanilla extract whip cream until it forms soft peaks. mix in cinnamon and vanilla. gluten-free egg souffle 1 loaf brown rice bread (or other GF option) olive oil 6 organic eggs vegan organic milk (we used hemp) grated organic cheese (we used vegan monty jack) 1 lrg organic beet- boiled and grated 1 cup shredded organic spinach and basil salt pepper paprika dried sage de-crust bread and cut into slices about 3/4 inch wide. coat each bread piece with olive oil and fill in solid layer on the bottom of your baking dish. spread out a layer of cheese. add layers of beets and greens. repeat until you are almost full (leave a little room for it to rise!) beat 6 eggs with 1/2 cup milk and pour it over the top. with a knife, you may want to stab the bread layers to let the eggs seep in. sprinkle salt, pepper …
