Here is my update about being on a gluten free weight loss diet for one week. I had trouble getting the recommended 2300 calories per day, eating 6 meals per day, and getting as much cardio as I needed. I attribute these things to a slow start and poor preparation. switch2glutenfree.com

    I am starting a gluten free weight loss diet. This video briefly outlines my meal exercise plan. I am currently 220lbs. and trying to get down to 190lbs. in 12 weeks.
