Some people, truth be said, just cannot take gluten in their systems and that is why they will always be on the lookout for Gluten free foods.

So, what is actually this gluten? Well, gluten is a combination of certain proteins that will let your gut in on negative effects and this is highly dangerous for those people that have been diagnosed with celiac disease or have gluten intolerance. Most supermarkets have a free from sort of range these days. In any case many things are gluten free anyway. Like jacket potatoes, salads, fruit n veg, dips like houmous

We’re in a tight financial spot, and new to g.f. i’m trying to save the g.f. food for hubby to save money, but i need to know what online store i can shop at to get g.f. food at a low cost. i’ve seen amazon’s selection, and that’s great, but sometimes i can’t afford to buy in bulk.

Unprocessed meat, fish, vegetables, eggs, cheese, nuts and fruit are gluten free.

So, instead of buying expensive gluten free products, just go back to the dinners your granny served: a piece of meat, some vegetables and potatoes.

You can make coatings with crushed potato chips (uk: crisps), if you particularly want to coat your meat, or make a batter with gram flour (besan/chickpea flour/garbanzo bean flour), which is generally found in the ordinary part of the store, so doesn’t get a premium price added – although it is gluten free, having never been near a grain of any kind.
