Autoimmune Hives Diet & Enzymes Program, Part 2 of 2

An introduction to the enzyme regimen and eating plan that I use for my Autoimmune Urticaria: Meat and vegetables for meals, and fruits for snacks (if you need them.) Take 2-3 hydrochloric acid tablets and 2 multi-purpose enzyme tablets (like bromelain or Multizyme) right before meals. Fruit snacks don’t need the enzymes.
