Here is my update about being on a gluten free weight loss diet for one week. I had trouble getting the recommended 2300 calories per day, eating 6 meals per day, and getting as much cardio as I needed. I attribute these things to a slow start and poor preparation. switch2glutenfree.com

    I am starting a gluten free weight loss diet. This video briefly outlines my meal exercise plan. I am currently 220lbs. and trying to get down to 190lbs. in 12 weeks. I am starting out on a 2300 calories diet and doing 6 meal per day. Each mail will be just under 400 calories with 45% protein, 35% carbs, and 20% fats. switch2glutenfree.com

    Week 9 Gluten Free Weight Loss Diet

    I just completed week 9 of 12 of my gluten free weight loss diet, down 2lbs to 197.5(started at 220). Overall, a good and normal week. Good amount of cardio and stuck to the diet, with the exception of a cheat meal on weekend. Started using an all natural thermogenic, fat burner, Fyre from Syntrax.
